Kanade Anand Udyog a Partnership Company was founded in 1985. The company was converted into a Pvt. Ltd. Company in 2005. The company is owned by Kanade family.
The company is run by Mr. Dinanath Kanade (Alumnus of I.I.T, Mumbai) and Mr. Sunil Kanade.
All the manufacturing units of the company are located in MIDC, Ambernath,Dist-Thane (50 Kms. From Mumbai). There are three products lines (1) Floor Gratings (2) Cable Trays and Eathings strips (3) Towers and Structures. Besides this, the company has its own galvanizing facility.
MANUFACTURING CAPACITY
Cable trays 300 MT per month.
Electroforged Gratings 2500 MT per month.
Handmade Gratings 300 MT per month.
Hot-Dip Galvanising 3000 MT per month.
Transmission Tower/ Telecommunication Tower 1000MT per month.
Quality Control
The quality is given utmost importance at all the stages. The raw materials viz. steel and zinc are procured from reputed vendors. The steel bars, with close dimensional tolerance and conforming to IS 2062, are procured. High grade zinc is used for galvanizing. Raw material is always tested at reputed laboratories.
We have separate team for Internal Inspection. Quality control done at every stage of production.
Credentials
Our new Hot-Dip Galvanising Plant (10 Mtrs.L * 1.2 Mtr. W * 2 Mtr.D.) has a capacity of 3000 MT per month. Our Galvanising Plant has been approved by BHEL, Trichy, Tata Project Consulting ltd, Power grid Corp Ltd. We are also approved by M/s. EIL and NTPC for supply of electro forged floor gratings.
Our manufacturing facilities have been approved by leading consultants like Lloyds. Tata Project Ltd., Kvaerner Power grid Corp Ltd.
We are now suppling Electroforged Gratings to BHEL-Trichy, Rainpet, Reliance Petroleum Ltd., Shapoorji & Pallonji, Chemtex Global (Black & Veatch) Ltd. for RPL Jamnagar Proj. new refinery, Heurtey Petrochemical Equipments Pvt.Ltd., Toyo Engineering Corporation, Punji Llloyds Ltd., L & T Mumbai, Chennai & Baroda, Indian Oil Tanking Ltd. Nagarjuna Const. Co. Thermax ltd., Thyssenkrupp Industries India Ltd. etc.
